How do I send in my photos?
All photo restorations and edits are carried out remotely online. This means a digital version of the photo is required such as a clear photo taken of the photograph (using a smartphone or camera), a high quality scan or the digital file saved on a device. If you'd like to request a quote for your images, head over to the Get a Quote form below, upload the images you'd like to have edited and which service you require and I will get back to you with a quote for the project.
How it works...
What's the process and how long does it take?
Once you have received a quote for the project and you're happy to proceed, I will begin working on the photos. Depending on the complexity of the project it can take anywhere from less than 1 day up to a week or more and can depend on current workload from other ongoing projects. After I complete the edits you'll receive proofs via email for you to view. Then once you're happy with the result we can arrange payment.
What about payment?
Payment is typically requested after the client has viewed the proofs. The main payment methods I accept (and clients generally prefer) are PayPal or bank transfer however alternative payment methods may be arranged. After payment has cleared, your final images will be sent via email.
